Ingredients
8 ounces Mueller’s® Ridged Elbows
1 (12 ounce) can water-packed tuna, drained and flaked
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup chopped cucumber, peeled and seeded
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced green onions
Directions
1Cook pasta according to package directions, drain well. Rinse with cold water and drain again. Set pasta aside to cool.
2Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, dill, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add pasta, tuna, cucumber, tomatoes, and onions; toss to coat.
3Cover; chill to blend flavors. Toss before serving.
