Prep: 10 mins Cook: 10 mins Ingredients 8 ounces Anthony's® Fettuccine1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine1 clove chopped garlic or 1 teaspoon garlic powder1-1/4 cups light cream or half and half, divided3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese1/4 teaspoon pepperDash salt Directions 1Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well.2Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
