12 Jul Posted at 20:19h in by Amy Murray 0 Likes EmailTweet 0 Full-screen Simple Tuna Noodle Casserole July 12, 2017 Prep: 15 mins Cook: 30 mins Yields: 6 Servings Ingredients 8 ounces Anthony's® Wide Egg Noodles, uncooked1 (12-ounce) can chunk light tuna in water2 cups water1/2 cup chive and onion cream cheese spread1/4 cup Parmesan cheese1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper2-1/2 cups frozen green peas1 cup shredded cheddar cheese2 cups pretzels (twists or sticks), crushed Directions 1Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. 2Place uncooked noodles into the baking dish and top evenly with undrained tuna; set aside.3In a microwave-safe bowl, combine water, cream cheese spread, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir well and microwave for 2 additional minutes or until boiling.4Carefully pour hot cheese mixture over tuna and noodles in baking dish.5Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake at 400°F for 15 minutes. 6Remove from oven and stir frozen peas into noodle and cheese mixture. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and cover again with foil.
